Approval Of The June Budget Amendment

A report on the status of the 2025-2026 budget has been completed. This report reflects budget amendments that require approval by the Houston Independent School District (HISD) School Board in accordance with state guidelines, as well as budget-neutral adjustments made by schools and departments for ratification by the board. Although this update reflects all known changes and recommendations, additional changes may be needed. This item requests authority to make adjustments, if necessary, for the June Budget Amendment for the General Fund, the Nutrition Services Fund, and the Debt Service Fund.
