The purpose of this agenda item is to seek approval from the Houston Independent School District (HISD) School Board of the amended list of prekindergarten (pre-k) sites for the Collaborative for Children’s Texas Partnership (commonly known as an SB 1882 Partnership) for the 2026-2027 school year. Additional sites have been added.

recommendation
RECOMMENDED: That the School Board approves the amended list of pre-k sites for the Collaborative for Children’s SB 1882 Partnership for the 2026-2027 school year and authorizes the superintendent to amend the contract to reflect the same, effective September 11, 2026.
