The purpose of this agenda item is to request that the Houston Independent School District (HISD) School Board approves the deletion of Board Policy FNCF(LOCAL), Student Conduct: Alcohol and Drug Use. The prohibitions cited in this policy are expressly stated in the Student Code of Conduct and addressed in the corresponding LEGAL policies.
A copy of FNCF(LOCAL) showing the proposed deletion is attached.
