Acceptance Of Reports From The Board Audit Committee Chair

Pursuant to Board Policy BDB(LOCAL), Board Internal Organization: Board Committees, and the Audit Committee Charter, the Houston Independent School District (HISD) Board Audit Committee chair presents to the board a report on the work and progress of the committee as well as the committee’s annual report summarizing its activities and recommendations to the Board.
Copies of the chair’s reports are attached. Reports on specific audits have been presented to board members separately and will be published after review by board members and HISD Legal Services.
