MEETING HELD - PURPOSE  
The School Board of the Houston Independent School District (HISD) held a hearings meeting  
on October 10, 2024, beginning at 2 p.m. in the board auditorium of the Hattie Mae White  
Educational Support Center, 4400 West 18th St., Houston, TX 77092.  
MEETING CALLED TO ORDER – MEMBERS PRESENT

the independent hearing examiner, and non-renew Michelle Mayberry-Johnson’s  
employment with the district effective immediately.
